1. Scope of Agreement

The Platform allows registered users to engage in non-commercial item or service exchanges organized in circular ("ring") trade structures.

2. Function of the Platform
The Platform provides technical infrastructure to facilitate contact and coordination among users interested in participating in ring exchanges.
A ring exchange involves multiple users where each user provides an item or service to one participant and receives something from another.

A ring exchange only becomes binding once all involved users have explicitly confirmed their participation. Until such full agreement is reached, no contractual obligation exists.

3. No Contractual Role of the Platform

4. No Warranty or Guarantee

• The performance of users in honoring the exchange, or
• The accuracy of any information posted by users.
• Users accept all risks associated with entering into exchanges through the Platform.

5. User Responsibilities
Each user is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of the item or service they offer,
• Fulfilling their part of the exchange after final confirmation,
• Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those governing ownership, safety, and the legality of exchanged items.

6. Binding Effect After Mutual Agreement
Once all users involved in a ring exchange have explicitly confirmed their participation (e.g., by clicking a confirmation button), the exchange becomes binding.
Users may not withdraw after confirming unless all other participants in the same exchange consent to the withdrawal.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado and U.S. law, [swapnix.com] and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to:

• Non-performance or fraud by any user,
• Defective or unsafe items or services,

8. Prohibited Conduct
